Dear Learners,

One of your peers would like to use the following activity as an LbD in their own MOOC (on the LCM model). Kindly give them feedback on ATLEAST ONE the following aspects :

  1. Is this an appropriate LbD?
  2. Is the instruction clear?
  3. Is the feedback detailed?
  4. How can this activity be improved?
  5. How would you do it differently?
Looking forward to your replies

1. The LbD is quite appropriate.
2. Instruction was clear.
3. I tried with both ways like arranging it in correct order and then in wrong order but I didn't got any feedback.
4. In my view we can make use of popups(hint) when someone hovers over the block.
5. I will add explanation or feedback and also as its an activity where we have to drag and drop blocks we can add some sound effects, popups.

Dear all, I agree with Rakshita Singhji on all points except number 4. The activity can be improved if detailed feedback can be added as it is missing. Only the wrong match of boxes become red as a mark of feedback. The detailed feedback may be framed as 'You will find you active only when you are engaged with a LbD'. Secondly, more boxes can be added with words like MCQ, ScreenCast tool, Recap video etc. Thank you. Regards. -- Jyotirmoy Sengupta.

I fully agree with Rakshita Singh ji.
Would have however preferred adding sequncing aspects in the LbD of the correctly adjoined boxes so that learners get to know what follows what. This along with brief description while hovering would make this LbD more intresting.
We may also add RS, FQ,  AQ, RQ  etc for correct relational connect with LeD, LxT and LxI to make the LbD a slighly more intresting and deeper.
Thanks Rakshitaji and Sh. Jyotirmoy ji.
Regards.
