How in MOOC is it possible?

Hi,

I have a question about what is happening in this video at 00:04:00 -

As mentioned at this point 3.57min, the trainer can take separate set of responses from different learners, the explanation to be given thereafter. How that can happen in MOOC, since the answers are on real time basis and MOOC being already recorded?.

Instead, MOOC instructors often incorporate discussion forums, quizzes, assignments, or live sessions to engage with learners and address their questions.
