Assignment 12 Numerical Doubt

Sir,

In the numerical video for Week 12, the sir used a formula:
Th=To+aH, where a = -.0065 kelvin/m

I used the same concept and got the answer as 0.961, which is very close to 1 (The answer in the solution)

If anyone else did this method, kindly follow up here.

                           The answer will be exactly one because both 18km and 19 km lies in isothermal layer.
