Request you to solve my query regarding charges

 Hello,

Please anyone help me with my query

I still have query with the charges in the below topic that is about the RNase activity on RNA which is shown in the screenshot below and I request you explanation with the charges that should be there on the phosphorous atom. I have written my query in detail in the below screenshot. It request you to help me understand this. I would be really thankful to you.

Also, to understand clearly about charges I have attached another image where resonance of carboxylic acid is shown and I have query about the charge on carbonyl carbon and in the image I have written in detail about my query with red colour. I request you to help me out with this doubt as after this I would be easily able to understand the concepts and dynamics in detail.
