Hello Ma'am,

Glycolysis is a metabolic reaction that takes place in the cytosol of the cell in the absence of oxygen. this reaction starts when glucose converts into Glucose-6-phosphate.

As per this information, 1st and 2nd points are correct in question 14 as shown in attached image. 

Kindly look into this matter.
