Combination of cofactors involved in conversion of pyruvate to Acetyl-coA are TPP, FAD and lipoic acid (as lipoamide), but none of answer has all three together. So selected option which has at-least two of them TPP and FAD (a) or FAD and lipoic acid (d) both should be correct. Please clarify.
