Week 9 doubt. Request to solve it.

Mam says that inside the cell the thioster if needed can be ultilise by enzyme, I did not go this point because we will only utilise it to deliver our CoA when needed outside the cell but exactly what and how in which respect we need in inside of the cell is what I am confused about. Please explain and help me out.
