server error issue

I am getting: "Server error. Please try again after a few minutes-" when I check my results, but my friend can assess the site..?

Is the NPTEL server down? why is it so..?

Guess no Server technical problem. Servers have limited capability to service the clients all at the same time. When too many students try to log into Server at the same time ... Server side software returns an error. Try after some time when rush subsides.
