Dear Learner,

Watching an LeD is as simple as watching a Video. The only difference is that an LeD is an interactive video which provides Reflection spots for micro-practice.  So while watching an LeD, when you come across a Reflection Spot (RS) you can do some micro practice of the content that you learned just before the RS, which adds some interactivity part to the monologue videos.  

Or do you wanted to ask "How do I make LeDs?".
