Hi,

I have a question about what is happening in this video at 00:03:13 -

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lGIgbNP2-yA#t=193s.

Slope is steeper means small change in independent variable must cause higher degree of change in the dependent variable right??.

Thanks!

Dear Learner,

Yes, rightly said.  Slope measures the rate of change in the dependent variable as the independent variable changes. The steeper the cure more is the rate of change.
