Dear Sir,

Kindly explain " share of profit in trade investment" as mentioned in Assignment 4 cash flow Problem 9 to 13.

As in solution, we have not counted it in investing activities.

The share of profit in trade investment means the profit or gain generated through trade investment, The trade investment means the acquisition of stocks and Shares in one Firm by another firm. Trade investments may be undertaken for a variety of reasons including the profitable investment of surplus cash, So it can be taken as a gain from assets and deducted from Operating activities.
