Hi there,

I knew that to calculate fixed assets, we can use:

Gross Fixed Assets (or Gross Block) – Accumulated Depreciation.
Using this formula I am getting 25912.24, but the answer says 30497.80.
Is there any other formula to calculate fixed assets?

Dear participant
We can calculate Fixed assets = Gross block+ Capital WIP - Accum. Depreciation. From the above data, We can get the answer ( 42287.19+4585.56- 16374.95= 30497.8).
where did you get this question and In which assignment? Please clarify

Thanks & Regards
