Need to appear for my exam on an urgent basis. Please help!

Dear Sir,

I got my self enrolled with the Financial Accounting course however was not able to appear for my exam neither was able to complete any assignments due to my Grandfather's ill health who was diagnosed with Tumor and had to be treated on an urgent basis.

I would want to appear for the exam and complete all pending assignments. I humbly request you to assist me with the process forward as I was not aware of this unforeseen circumstances.
