Dear Team,
I agree that in Qn. No. 3 of Assignment 8, the statement "There is a very high percentage of start-up failure." is correct.
But, the answer to Qn. No. 3 of Assignment 8 should be "Success and failure of start-ups depend on the idea of start-up."
This is because "idea of start-up" comes much before a start-up starts its journey and subsequently faces success or failure.
The very first root cause of "success or failure" is always the "idea of start-up". If the "idea of start-up" is not right that implies:
(i) problem has not been identified properly,
(ii) problem space have not been observed rightly,
(iii) pain-points concerned have not been diagnosed correctly and
(iv) the concerns and feedback of the customer and/or user have not been taken into consideration.
(v) the idea of the "offering" has not been correctly thought out or researched.
So, if the "idea of start-up", which includes the above five points, is not right it would obviously lead to the path of failure.
Hope, I could explain my points objectively.
Request you to recheck the above and reevaluate the marks of Qn. 3 accordingly.
