Wrong evaluation of week 3 RQ as per the marks available in my course progress section.

Respected Mentors, 

I had provided my most authentic and correct reply to the Question no.01 as part of Reflection Quiz for the week 03 but I was given '0' marks in this question no. 1 but I am really not satisfied with this evaluation as this question asks that the learning extension trajectory found most suitable by me is also considered suitable by how many more learners. I had chosen the LxT shared during week 1 as LxT 1.1 Evolution of MOOCs and no one else at the forum found it suitable or most appealing then I mentioned '0' as my answer to the question no. 1 of the week 3 RQ that is how many other learners of the course also found the LxT chosen by me also useful. It is really dumping my creativity and authentic response ability. I am really very hurt with this treatment. Either the choice need not be given to us and if given then every one's response need to be valued. I really want to know why my marks for this question being deducted. I request you to please look into this and provide complete marks in this question no. 1 of week 3 RQ and update the overall marks for week 3 RQ at my course progress section too.

I am really waiting for a resolution from your end. Secondly,  as today I had checked my scores for the KQ week 4 but here also in its last question two options were taken as correct but among these two options the one selected option by me is also correct but my whole response was evaluated as wrong and zero marks were awarded to me in this last question of week 4 KQ but my answer was partially correct so 12.5 marks to be awarded to me. Kindly look into this issue and resolve my these two queries as early as possible.

Hi Shivani,

We will look into both these queries and update you. Can you tell us the specific KQ where you are facing the issue.

Let me also alert you on how MSQs (more than one correct answer) are evaluated so that you can do a first level check on the scoring at your end. For MSQs, you will get 0 mark if you select an incorrect option else you will be given partial marks. e.g. assume that options A,B and C are correct for an MSQ. If you select A and D you will get 0 mark. But if you select A and B you will get 66.7% mark (i.e. 2/3rd).
