According to me, orchestration decisions made better impact in course engagement... by giving immediate reply in discussion forum to the learners queries..

POSITIVE IMPACT

1. It helps in creating effective bridge  between instructors and learners.

2. The video transcript enables the learners to follow the content of the instructors.

3. Giving assignment helps the learners to understand the concept in a better way.

4. Feedback to the quiz helps the learners to correct their concepts. 

ADVERSE IMPACT

1.Inadequate deadline for the assessment quiz.

Yes I do agree.

Inadequate deadline of assessment confused the learner as what happened with me as I missed the assignment of 4.4

Yes, the orchestration of MOOC definitely creates an effective bridge between the learners and instructors. The quality of the videos was excellent. The short videos kept up the interest and instant feedback was very valuable.  I did not feel the inadequacy of the deadline, as the course itself is of 4 weeks, which was comfortable for me. 

There was confusion for me regarding the submission of dates, as the practice quiz and assimilation quiz were one date, and KQ and RQ were different.
