Greetings from LCM course team!!

As the course has come to an end, we are excited to invite you to The LCM Soiree - an end of course interaction with the course team (Course Instructors, Teaching Associates, Discussion Forum Moderators) on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at 7:00 pm IST.

The live interaction would feature a segment on Learner Reflections where we would like to hear your response to the following Focus Questions:

1. What was your objective behind joining this course? And, whether this learning objective has been met?

2. What is your major takeaway from this course?

During the interaction, please summarise your response to the focus questions in 2 minutes and avoid overlapping or repetition of responses.

Hi,

I extend my gratitude and appreciation to the instructors and the entire members of the course team to have wonderfully curated the course content and the exemplary orchestration carried out throughout the course and still continuing even to this very moment. The course itself was the best example where each and every element mentioned in the LCM model were aptly put to use. A big shout out to the entire team and especially the DFM for their relentless hardwork, coordination and team work.

Uploading the transcripts of the lecture videos was of great help in preparing for the exam. 

 Regarding what I would like the course team to answer during the interaction:

1.I wish to know if the answer key to the exam questions would be uploaded or if we get a chance to get to know where we made a mistake in answering,like customised constructive feedback.
2. May we know the scores of top 1%,2% and 5% toppers and get to see the toppers page? A heartfelt congratulations to them for their hard work and great achievement.

3.  If possible could you please mention the reason why, for Qn.1 of AQ based on 4.1,the first choice was considered an accepted answer. The question was:Discourse is getting a lot of popularity these days due to?

 The statement in the LxT is:

Discourse is an open source discussion forum application, which is getting a lot of popularity these days due to its robust and flexible structure that permits focused discussions. It uses a trust-based system that recognizes user participation, and slowly elevates them in the trust levels (Trust Level 0 to Trust Level 4) so that regular users contribute more in maintaining the community. It does not have video discussion like mechanism.

Since ‘due to’ was the question asked, as it is clearly mentioned in the statement, shouldn’t the answer be the latter part of the statement beginning from ‘due to its robust and....’??

I know this is not the right place to post this but I have raised this in discussion forum many times and never got a response to this part. So,if possible,kindly consider.
