CJM query

Hello sir.

I have a doubt regarding the CJM.

I am making the CJM for a customer who plays the role of an HR recruiter in real life.

While making note of the activities that he/she does, I came across one activity which can split in two different ways depending on a condition.

So is it possible to represent this flow of conditional bifurcation in activity in the CJM?

Sure, you can bifurcate the CJM. The CJM is a story told from the persona's perspective. Does this bifurcation help you in picturing their journey/situation better? If yes, go for it.
