cancel and refund option

Dear Sir,

with reference to the announcement on 03 June 2020 

I marked    - OPTION 3: CANCEL EXAM AND TAKE A REFUND.

Could you please confirm, whether it's final or still any process to be followed?

How do we know the status?

A little bit confused with repeated mails.

(note: I wrote the same to  sup...@nptel.iitm.ac.in  on 04 June 2020 and waiting for reply.
