I have undergone IITBX FDP 101 and 201 courses and learnt many pedagogical aspects that are to be adapted in TL process and started implementing into my courses thorugh LMS. The connectivity was limited in those courses.
Coming to Designing Learner-Centric MOOCs. Teaching is an Integral part of my academics and the need of the day is LCM. I feel myself privileged to b associated with the course. I want to appreciate the team for their novel idea of adding the peers in the form of moderators and their participation in the discussion forums added flavor and enthusiasm to the new comers.
The orchestration of the course is unique and i hope this kind of thing did not happen and will not in any other courses.
My understanding level is increased with the participation of collaborative learning on discussion forums, live interactions etc.
Quick replies of the instructors and moderators is the center of orchestration.
I am happy to see myself with many take aways (outcomes) from each module in the course.

The involvement and planning of the instructors and their passion towards molding the TEACHERS of INDIA from diverse fields into a new platform of MOOCS with LEARNER CENTRISM with all the necessary elements with right proportions right from starting survey, course progress, weekly LEDs, LBDs, LXT,LXI and many more will surely change the education system in INDIA and we will be at par with international standards very soon in next one or two years.

Thanks to the team - The four weeks was enriching experience
