Week 2- reflection spot

Dear Faculty Learners,

My view is on reflection spots.

1. Though it is the decision of the course instructor, the reflection spot is ensuring a break from routine and make them think and apply their reflections

2. Where to fix the reflection spot and how it could be either in question form or just a experiential sharing or answer to a question is making the session more interesting

3. It is my personal experience that i have added the reflections in between the video lecture which gives me a real class room learning environment

Reflection spot increases a learner’s performance when it comes to apply knowledge and it builds self-confidence in the ability to achieve a goal in turning this process into an invaluable tool to boost efficacy.
