Importance of making the lesson videos more interesting

Dear All

Getting attention of students in the physical class it self is a big challenge today.... In such a case in the online course, making the listener / learner  to view our videos is going to be biggest challenge...How this can be managed?? Because students pay attention predominantly to the social media notifications and cinema world..how to bring them back and make them to listen to our lesson videos...Should we give any value addition, which is normally available in full time programme??

I hope the reflection spots are the value addition. The way you plan the spots and its relevance, creatively making them alert, listen and apply the content itself a real value addition while preparing and managing MOOC courses
