Bloom's Taxonomy

The indispensable tool for preparing a effective question paper is the Bloom's Taxonomy. The instructor or teachers from the Education background or who have done B.Ed. or M.Ed. are more familier with this tool and hence are more efficient in preparing a question paper. I feel it should be made mandatory for the teachers from other disciplines as well to attend a compulsory course in education.
