It literally falls under one of the best pedagogical practices to assess students after the end of the lesson. It provides a clear  impression to the teacher whether the students are able to imbibe whatever has been instructed/taught.In this regard, I believe assessment quizzes are really helpful since they can inform the candidate about his/her knowledge of the concept. But quizzes can be given in middle of the lesson too as a reflection spot. How about EXIT SLIPS.Don't you think this strategy is the most effective one to assess a student after class is over.Need a deliberation on this topic,

It may be effective to add quizzes  in middle of the session as a reflection spot. As practice quiz will be given after the session EXIT SLIP shall contain conclusion with reflection spot.

Ya.. undoubtedly it is very good option to have quizzes at the end and reflection spot in the middle
.Both have their own significance in assessing the students .However the most critical element here would be the framing of quiz and reflection spot

Hello, Exit slip is a piece of paper on which indivisual student respond to a prompt from instructor at the end of class/lesson and drop down in a box. It is one of the easiest way to obtain information about students level of understanding. It is useful in f2f module of learning. In MOOC the learners are massive in number, far away and not seen by the instructor. Besides this the learner won't get immediate feed back on his/her response.  i

This can be most effective. At end of class as class or Unit outcome we can use such strategy. so learner can able to apply concept what they learnt.

Quizz in between the lesson compel students to pay attention to the content and Exit Slips will give idea to teachers whether the content reached to the student or not
