Regarding submission due date of AQs, RQs, and KQs

 What are the significances of setting different due dates for submmitting AQ, RQ and KQ  quizzs of same week ?. Is it necessary to follow the pattern while designing Lerner centric MOOCs?

As we see ,the dates of Kq and AQ are same ..mainly Rq varies in date ...I think the main purpose is to let learners participate in discussion forum actively and then put questions on that and those who have not yet participated to make them participate by making it a graded activity. In fact it is a way to promote discussions among peers

I would like to add to what Nidhi Sharma has mentioned. As the course instructor of your MOOC, you can decide the due dates of various quizzes according to the content you are providing for that week. Moreover, if you see that there are many requests from the learners regarding lack of time to do quizzes in a week then you may decide to extend the assignment submission deadline. This is one example of orchestration dynamics which you may follow to ensure that learners are encouraged to continue with the course.

Note the RQ questions. They are framed in such a way that a learner cannot answer unless he/she visits the particular discussion forum section. We were hoping, as instructors, if the RQs bring the participants to the forum they may get motivated to participate in the discussions & enhance their learning with peers.  Did the RQs bring some of you to the forum?

As for different due dates, Nidhi is right.

Different dates are suitably set to give sufficient time to the learners to explore additional resources among the LxTs to answer the KQ & AQ and participate in the discussion forum to attempt the RQ.

Also probably this also allows more flexibility for self-paced learning and consideration of learner diversity.
