Reflection spot is really very useful to connect with the learner. Otherwise as an instructor if we upload huge content, learners may loose their concentration and may not assimilate the content.Depends upon the level and nature of question pause can be decided by the instructor. Actually these are real learning for us.

Yes sir,Reflection helps online learners absorb and assimilate the information more effectively. It also allows them to put their newfound knowledge into a real-world context.
