Today I was invited as resource person to deliver a talk on a topic of my subject. I used some of the learner centric techniques which I am learning from this course. It really worked and could feel a change in my teaching.

That's really good. Surely applying some of the learner centric techniques would have improved the delivery of the topic & effectiveness.
