As the results of Week 3’s KQ and AQs are released today, I have 2 queries regarding the same.

1.

QuQuestion 2 of AQ based on LxT 3.1

Identify the specific strategy in which students are required to answer specific questions posed by the instructor towards the end of the class.

 A. Discussion forum

 B. Exit tickets

 C. Giving practice quizzes

 D. Using muddiest point

The answer shown is D i.e. the muddiest point. But the feedback says-

The specific strategy is called ‘Exit Tickets’. Here student answers specific questions posed by the instructor towards the end of the class (including those related to difficult concept). These questions can also be related to perceptions of the learner, and need not be limited to difficult concepts alone.

The answer given and the feedback are not matching with each other. According to me (and the feedback as well), the answer should be B i.e. exit tickets

2.      Question 2 of AQ based on LxT 3.2

The accepted answer is B, C and D

Though Piazza (i.e. option A) is listed in both the weblinks, it is not mentioned in the answer. According to me, the answer should be A, B, C and D.

I request the course team to look into the matter.

Hi
I have the same query regarding Q2 of AQ 3.1 The answer given for the question and the constructive feedback are not matching. Kindly look into the matter.

Regarding Q2 of AQ 3.2, there is ambiguity whether to include Piazza in the answer or not. Nearpod, Peardeck, Kahoot have been especially mentioned by various users on Padlet wherein either they have highlighted the use of these technologies or given a link to these. But Piazza is just written on the Padlet with no importance or use is written based on it.
I hope the course team clarifies on this.
In my opinion, Piazza should not be included in the correct options and this is the same as the feedback given for this question.

Sorry to ask this again sir, but I am still in doubt. The question of the AQ is-
Which of these technologies are ‘listed’ in both the weblinks?
Piazza is listed in both the weblinks. I agree with Tejinder ma’am that some relevant information about Piazza is not present in the padlet but that is not asked in the question. It is just about finding the tools that are listed in both.

I too agree with you Aashita as it was asked as which tools are listed and not the common ones.

Hi All,

After seeing your queries I had gone and checked the Padlet, and I see that Piazza has been added to the Padlet on 21-Feb-2020 (i.e. two days after the due date of the assignment). This was why the course team also marked this as an incorrect answer.

PFA the screenshot that was taken before the submission of the RQ. Piazza was added 6 months ago, but two days back there were some changes made to the same and a link was added.

Now I understood the problem. Let me check with the course team. Initially when we created the question, the idea was to ensure that full information regarding the tool or its use is provided in the website. This is why the course team marked this as a wrong answer (refer
Tejinder's interpretation that I said was correct). But I completely understand why learners will get mislead by the word "listed in the websites". I will recheck with all the course instructors and come back with a more concrete reply and decisions on the AQ score. Give us two days time.

Thank you sir. Actually the whole confusion is because the content can be changed dynamically in Padlet. Piazza was listed earlier also but after the submission date of the AQ, that Padlet was updated by its author.
