Focus question: impact of orchestration decisions

Orchestration decisions have made great impact in my course engagement-
First of all the role of DFMs, course TAs and instructor as a facilitator and their valuable response to the learner queries is great motivation for the learners to complete the course .
Weekly plans with AQs and KQs have helped the learners to go through the course contents timely and regularly.
RQs based on the post also motivated more and more participation in the discussion forum which has resulted in collaborative and progressive learning.
Facilities like Google forms , Vedio downloads and transcripts are useful for self paced learning.
All these orchestration decisions have helped me in completing this course.
