Query Regarding Certification

Dear Sir/Madam,

                            It is to inform you that while appearing for the Online Programming test of the course “INTRODUCTION TO PROGRAMMING IN C”  on 5th Dec,2020 and due to the  wifi link failure I wasn’t able  to submit the Online Programming Test  in both the slots .

I am very much interested to get a certificate of the courses opted. I got the mail as well as message  for proctored exam center also which is as follows:

 Now I am in a dilemma in what way I could appear in that exam as  I am not satisfying the second condition of the course .Please do the needful in this regard.

For this I will be highly obliged.
