Since the neurons wire and fire together since ages,they have millions of years of information. And it fires again in a similar situation or stimulus?
Might it be possible that all these information make up the default mode? And if so, we could make changes in the default mode network to modify certain wiring patterns??

Yes. With the evolving of human beings, we do carry certain information with us. Having said that, as the brain also develops according to environment and conditioning, we can rewire the brain through habits and conscious effort.
