Hello.
That part of the video explains how in presence of ATP(hydrolysis of ATP to ADP), the troponin-tropomyosin complex undergoes a conformational change thus exposing the actin binding sites for the Myosin heads to attach.(The binding sites were previously unexposed). This attachment initiates the cross-bridge cycle for force production in the sarcomere.

Please explain the context of the second part of your question.
