Rubric for evaluating the LeD script

I was just going through the quizzes in this course.  In the self-check Rubric provided for evaluating the LeD script, we have 4 criteria to check and each carries three levels with scores 0,1,2 respectively.  Even if one evaluates all the criteria with 2 scores, totally he / she gets only 8 marks.  But in the accepted answer the range is given as (0,20).  Am I missing something here?
