After entering into the portal, i have not seen anything. Everything is blank. I have attached a screenshot over here. Please take necessary steps.

You will definitely get it.  Try nptelonlinecourses.iitm.ac.in 
You may have to login 2 or 3 times. You will get a screen listing all the courses you have done so far.  Click the relevant course.  Of course it is like a maze.  Bit worth exploring.  You can see the statistics also

No it is not appearing for me also...only an excel sheet is displayed...no links...even I am unable to see the result

Dear Colleagues,
Once you click the link, 

Step1- sign in your google a/c
Step 2 - click the allow button
Step3- again click the candidate log in button
Step 3- again sign in your google a/c
Step 4- again click the allow button
Step 5 - select the course for the result

Option: if you had taken multiple courses and the course you are searching for is not displayed, then click for the previous semester courses, you can view the result for the current course.

Note: I have used my mobile to navigate the steps to view the result and download the E-certificate
