mam, i am from a non engineering background. I have also not studied math in my twelfth standard. i am finding the topics of week 3 highly difficult in terms of calculations. Please guide me

We agree that the calculations may be difficult for students those who attend this course from science background. However, we have to consider engineering students also. The course is designed that the students (both science as well as engineering) should be aware of all time-temperature calculations which are needed for food processing industry. So, kindly go through some basics of mathematics. Also, you watch the video lecture more than one time so that you can understand better.

Note: Average assignment score = 25% of average of best 8 assignments out of the total 12 assignments given in the course. Hence, you can concentrate on other assignments.
