We are happy to invite you to join the live session on "Modern IT Service Management using AIOps" by Mr.Naveen Purushothaman, Executive Architect, IBM
About the session- IT infrastructures are changing rapidly to support increasing cloud deployments and modernization of the application portfolios using microservices-& container-based architectures. There is an overwhelming need for a tools infrastructure to help IT support teams meet their business availability and quality goals. The expensive impact of IT outages and the dynamic mix of IT environments driven by the enterprises’ digital transformation activities necessitate a new approach to IT management. In this session, we will discuss, AIOps, or AI for IT - a new approach, which leverages AI techniques to extract insights from large amounts of data and provides visibility into performance data and dependencies across all environments to identify and predict possible IT outages and alert IT operations team to problems, their root-causes, and recommended actions.
Speaker Profile: He is a thought leader in the DevSecOps and Cloud Management space with experience in end-to-end DevSecOps/Cloud implementations for several clients, across industries. He is with IBM for the last 20 years and currently plays the role of Chief Architect for DevSecOps Services.
