In the question where we have 30 rolls of dice and and their subsequent values and frequencies. Now for calculating the sample variance we use the standard formula taught in the lesson. But, here we were multiplying each term( value - mean, the whole squared) with its frequency. My doubt is that is it because of the uniqueness of the question where we have frequencies too unlike other questions in activity questions, or is there any thing else.
