Is indicating a break in the y-axis can be called truncated graph?

Hi,
Truncated graph means Y-axis does not start from zero. It is also called as missing baseline. When we introduce the breaks in the Y-axis, it is not a misleading graph unless the interval before breaks and after breaks is same.
