"How many users gave a rating greater than or equal to 3? "
in this question my answer is 2540
but given answer is 714 how ?

Hi,
The number of users that gave ratings greater than or equal to 3 is actually the sum of heights of the last three bars. which is equal to 410+210+94=714.
