its stated in the lecture that equation of best fit is y=mx + c so in the question it is specified that m=4 and c=1 hence the answer is option c

Hi,
The slope of the line is given negative that means when values on the x-axis increases, values on the y-axis decreases. Therefore, the Association is negative.
