Continuous data can take any value whereas the Latitude range is only -90 to 90. Then why is the Latitude a continuous variable?

Latitude can have decimal values e.g. Latitude for India is 20.5937° N, 78.9629° E

Any variable which can take decimals will always be continuous?

Hi,

latitude is again the same as angles and it can take any real values within the range, moreover, we measure the latitude rather than counting it, therefore it is a continuous variable.
