In question no. 2, I think the right answer should be only Ratio, Interval and ordinal scale.
The grader expects Interval scale, Ordinal Scale and Ratio, Interval and ordinal scale as the correct answers. This should have been a single choice question.
2.
In question no. 4, how is the book rating an interval scale. Should it not be an ordinal scale.

BOOK RATING IS INTERVAL BECAUSE OF FIXED DIFFERENCE OF 1 BETWEEN RATINGS 1-5. IN ORDINAL SCALE THERE IS NO FIXED DIFFERENCE.
