Phone number and email address have some structure like for phone number u can have only 10 numbers from 0 to 9 .You can't keep 11 or 9 or 8 numbers

and for email id also there is a structure like aaaabbbb...@gmail.com or @yahoo.com so it is a structured data

But the format of email id where we enter our content is an unstructured data , it depends to the individual way of writing
