It is given in the answers that Reports are structured data. While it is ambiguous what kind of reports are mentioned. Reports like Medical Reports are unstructured data.

Hello Akshay,

Reports are generally considered as structured data like player performance report, student exam report. Even in the medical report you will be having fields like name, age, gender, height, weight, sugar, BP level, disease name etc. All these fields in medical report are structured. So, medical reports too are considered as structured data.
