As you can see above, I have tried to create a frequency table in excel with respect to lecture 2.1 but am facing trouble in doing so. Steps taken by me:
Method 1:
1) I copied the reviews of a restaurant, all numbers lying between 5-10 and selected the entire column.
2) I went to the Pivot table option and selected it.
3) I selected the ratings option and the result was Image 2.
Method 2:
1) Realizing the problem might be occurring due to all variables being numerical, I assigned alphabets to all of them, i.e.,
5-A
6-B
7-C
8-D
9-E
10-F
(This would give me a data type somewhat similar to the blood group data)
2) I went to the Pivot table option and selected it.
3) I selected the ratings option and the result was Image 3.

PROBLEM: In the steps given by ma'am, we had to select the rows in the table settings as a last step but excel has not provided me with any such options to get the frequency.

I visited two distinct interactive sessions and tried to change the settings as directed but with no result. I was asked to post this problem here, as so am I doing. Can anyone please help me this? Thank you very much!

In the lecture, google sheets was used.  Steps used in Excel are a little different, especially changing the values (from sum to count).

I've attached the final result as a picture.
