is it okay to bring earphones as i have only bluetooth headphone.

No Bluetooth earphones can be used only headsets can be used as per instructions.

it is a system that would be giving exam on not a laptop. so unless the system blue tooth adaptor or usb plugged on , we wouldn't be able to use the bluetooth headphones.
only those that are as per insturctions can be used, normal head/ear phones with a 3.5 mm jack what most of us use

Yes, you can bring your wired earphones with a 3.5mm jack
