What is the relative frequency of European countries (France, Germany, Italy, Russia, and Great Britain)?

if u include country russia then u can get an answer as 0..47 but if u do add only europen  countries u get an answer like 0.342
but if add it without russia u will get a wrong answer

Add up all the frequencies of European countries and divide it by total frequencies.
