Hi, Anyone kindly help me in this question of Activity 2

Which of the following statement(s) is(are) true about structured data in a spreadsheet?

 Each observation must have its own row.

 Each variable must have its own column.

 For each variable the same type of value for each case is recorded.

 For each case the same type of value for each variable is recorded.

I am not getting the meaning of the last two options.
