Doubt In Activity 4 Question 2

Hi,

I am wondering why the first option in the question attached below is incorrect. It is mentioned that 24% of car accidents are caused by women. But then the data is rounded off to 20% and shown accordingly. Please look into this query and clear my doubt.

This question is from Statistics Week 2 Activity 4 Question 2.
