how is temperature not interval,we can say that 20 degree is twice hooter than 10degree, cant we say that,then why is temp. interval

Because, celsius doesn't have an absolute 0. 
Convert 10 degrees celsius in Kelvin which has an absolute 0 you get 283.5 Kelvin but 20 degrees is 293 Kelvin.
283.5 Kelvin /= 2(293) Kelvin. 

Hence it cannot be said 20 degrees is twice as hot as 10 degrees in pure mathematical terms. 

Temprature scales are tricky that way!
